14-Day Refund & Cancellation Policy

✅ Refund Eligibility

  • You may cancel your ticket and request a full refund if request is placed prior to 14 days before the event date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event, regardless of when the ticket was purchased.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Tickets purchased less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • Missed events or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

  • Processing fees and service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

📅 How to Cancel

To request a cancellation and refund:

  1. Email us at [your email address] with your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

📌 Ticket Transfers

Can’t attend? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else at no additional cost. Just contact us at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee's information.
